There are several drawbacks to distributional bargaining.

It is intimidating
It is aimed at controlling the situation
It conquers the other party
The truth is usually lost in the process
It demands immediate gratification
There is no proper negotiation one party is just aimed and satisfying themselves and not thinking about the other party.
Its purpose is to win and the concepts behind it are one of adversaries.
It ruins your reputation and credibility for constructive bargaining.
It put negotiators against each other
